The Faction System
The Four Bloodlines
Every member of Black Fang Society carries one of four bloodlines. They cannot be assigned. They can only be revealed — through the Trial of the Fang.
Fire
Pyrekin
Passionate, bold, and impossible to ignore. Pyrekin are the ones who move first when others hesitate.
Earth
Ironroot
Loyal, disciplined, and difficult to break. Ironroot hold the line when everything else begins to crack.
Air
Skyrend
Clever, adaptive, and impossible to cage. Skyrend see angles others miss and find paths no one knew existed.
Water
Blacktide
Intuitive, mysterious, and quietly powerful. Blacktide read what others fail to say.
The Trial of the Fang
The Fang reveals what you already are.
Four bloodlines divide the pack by nature, not status. The Trial reads the way you move, decide, protect, and react — then reveals the faction that fits you.
